QA Engineer

Cozycozy is a travel-tech startup that offers real-time access to over 20 million holiday accommodations. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the platform runs reliably every day and meets a high quality bar. The role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to detect and escalate regressions, define and execute test plans, and improve QA processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience in a product company
• Comfortable managing both ongoing platform quality and new feature validation simultaneously
• At ease with high release frequency and shifting priorities
• Able to test and make decisions without always having full spec documentation
• Strong ownership mindset — you notice problems and act on them
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira or equivalent)
