
Job description
As a key member of the CPM team, this role contributes to the overall growth of the business by driving best practice and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a winning attitude and a digital mindset, with a focus on sales, merchandising, and activating.
The primary responsibilities of this role include increasing business and maximising sales, undertaking duties as instructed by the line manager, and adhering to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
This role is ideal for individuals with energy and enthusiasm, excellent interpersonal skills, and time management skills. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the FMCG sector and knowledge of the convenience channel is desirable.
