Warehouse Lead - Weekend Day Shift

The Warehouse Lead - Weekend Day Shift is responsible for directing the work of other team members, ensuring customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately, and maintaining compliance with safety and security procedures. The role requires a high level of problem-solving and decision-making, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• Subject Matter Expert in area processes and technology applications
• Model example of CWW values and standards
• Directs work of other team members
• Problem solving and decision-making within direction given by team supervisor
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately
• Perform inventory counts and make adjustments when needed
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures
• Delegate warehouse housekeeping duties
• Maintain compliance in all areas pertaining to Federal and State regulatory agencies
