
Job description
Lead and manage operations for an account to ensure that operations staff execute service agreements at or above the company's standards. Maximize profitability through superior service, effective communications, and follow-up on pending matters. Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account.
Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints, escalate issues as needed, and provide excellent service and responsiveness to clients. Monitor financial aspects of the assigned account, including purchasing, budget preparation, and reporting.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a minimum of five years of related experience, including four years of industry experience and three years of supervisory experience.
