Executive Business Partner

Cranial Technologies is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the CEO and executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in executive support, business operations, and AI-enabled productivity. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to contribute to and broaden their exposure to healthcare business operations, executive decision making, cross-functional projects, and company strategy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–5 years of experience in executive support, executive business partner, business operations, consulting, project management, strategy, or similar roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and collaboration tools
