Data Center Infrastructure Technician II

Role Overview

The Data Center Infrastructure Technician II is an experienced technician responsible for executing and supporting all stages of the infrastructure lifecycle within data center and client environments. This role performs advanced installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while operating with increased independence.

What You Will Do

Lead installation of data cabinets, racks, and overhead/underfloor cable tray systems, execute and validate copper, fiber, and console cabling to industry standards, rack, stack, and cable complex equipment deployments, and configure, test, and troubleshoot serial console (conserver) access.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT infrastructure or data center experience
• Proven experience in installation, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and diagrams
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
• Valid passport
