The MRO Clerk is responsible for procuring and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies in a timely and accurate manner to support daily operations.
Requirements
- Create purchase orders in ERP system
- Maintain and create purchase orders in the ERP system
- Monitor order confirmations and track on-time delivery of purchase orders with vendors
- Manage day-to-day vendor communication via email and phone
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Expedite late, urgent, or emergency orders
- Assist the Accounts Payable team in resolving invoice discrepancies
- Partner with the Receiving Department to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials
- Maintain a presence on the production and maintenance floors
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
