The Head of IT for the regional hub is responsible for end-to-end technology delivery, operations, and continuous improvement across the bureau platform and supporting products.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor
- Proven experience leading IT delivery in a mid-sized organization or business unit (30–100 FTE teams)
- Background in financial services, data platforms, or regulated environments preferred
- Experience managing both application delivery and IT operations/infrastructure
- Track record of improving delivery performance and team effectiveness
- Strong execution focus, with the ability to deliver results in constrained environments
- Pragmatic approach to Agile, DevOps, and engineering practices
- Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on when needed, with the ability to operate at both detail and strategic levels
- Ownership-driven and solution-oriented
- Focused on continuous improvement rather than large-scale disruption
- Comfortable balancing short-term delivery with longer-term evolution
- Collaborative, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
