Process Manager (BPM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Manager (BPM) to further develop company-wide business processes and support the integrated management system of the corporate governance within the Creditreform association.

What You Will Do

Analyze, model, and optimize business processes, support departments in implementing efficient workflows, and ensure transparency and controllability of processes.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Several years of experience in process management, organizational development, or quality management, good knowledge of process analysis, modeling, and optimization, and analytical, solution-oriented thinking.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in process management, organizational development, or quality management
• Good knowledge of process analysis, modeling (e.g. BPMN), and optimization
• Understanding of governance topics, regulation, and certifications
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
