Requirements
- Completed relevant commercial vocational training (lawyer's office clerk, law clerk, etc.) or equivalent professional experience in debt management
- Good knowledge of branch-specific software solutions and Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Secure communication in German
- Negotiation skills, persuasion and assertiveness
- Self-motivation and a practical approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and promote cooperation with other departments
