Property Condition Assessment (PCA) - Contractor

We are looking for individuals to join our contractor network for a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) contractor position, evaluating commercial real estate properties and preparing formal reports. The ideal contractor will have 5+ years CRE PCA experience conducting field work and writing reports to the ASTM E2018 Standard.

Requirements

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties
• Proven experience as a Property Condition Assessor, Commercial Inspector, or in a similar role within commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, construction methods, and property maintenance requirements
• Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and professional reports
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline (preferred)
• Creating formal PCA reports conforming to ASTM standards (preferred)
