Sales Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process through proactive outreach strategies, generating qualified leads, and contributing to overall sales success.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or business-related disciplines or commensurate experience
• Prior sales experience in the flower business or floral market or trade
• Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress
