HIIT Instructor

Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic people passionate about health and fitness to join their team as Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors. The role involves leading members through a variety of exercises designed to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance, ensuring safety and fostering a fun atmosphere. Requirements

• At least six months teaching in a group exercise format.
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and group exercise principles.
• Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics.
• Performance of a variety of exercise routines.
• Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
• Instructor certification by ACE, AFAA, ACSM.
• Current CPR certification and basic first aid training.
• Minimum of 6 months teaching in a group environment.
