Job Description
Crunch Fitness is seeking energetic, enthusiastic people passionate about health and fitness to join their team as Group Fitness/HIIT Instructors. The role involves leading members through a variety of exercises designed to enhance fitness, strength, and endurance, ensuring safety and fostering a fun atmosphere. This position offers an opportunity to inspire others to reach their fitness goals in a supportive and innovative environment.
Requirements
- At least six months teaching in a group exercise format.
- Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and group exercise principles.
- Knowledge of basic physiology and body mechanics.
- Performance of a variety of exercise routines.
- Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio equipment.
- Instructor certification by ACE, AFAA, ACSM.
- Current CPR certification and basic first aid training.
- Minimum of 6 months teaching in a group environment.
