Marketing & Community Outreach Director

CCSS is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Community Outreach Director to lead agency-wide marketing, communications, and community engagement efforts. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission by increasing visibility, strengthening community partnerships, and inspiring donor and stakeholder support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing/communications experience (nonprofit preferred)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Experience with website management and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe)
