The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and continuously improving all agency-wide training initiatives related to domestic violence services and workforce development. This role ensures staff, interns, volunteers, and external participants receive high-quality, trauma-informed, and compliant training that meets state, funder, and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Services, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience coordinating training programs, workforce development initiatives, onboarding, or adult learning programs
- 1-3 years of DV experience preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) required; experience with CypherWorx preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Experience in nonprofit, human services, domestic violence, behavioral health, or related environments preferred
