Legal Paralegal

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll be responsible for supporting and negotiating commercial agreements, taking ownership of the full contract lifecycle, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts end-to-end
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and a proactive approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Close attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence working with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, DocuSign, and document/matter management systems
• Flexibility to collaborate across UK, US, and APAC time zones
