Requirements
- Own and exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive MES adoption and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proposals, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Business Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams
- Stay current on industry-specific trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows
- Operate autonomously while remaining fully aligned with the global sales strategy
