
Job description
This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong partnerships with distributors and retailers to grow brands in the assigned geography. The Director of Sales will execute the go-to-market strategy for brands in retail channels and drive sales in current footprint while expanding into new regions.
The Director of Sales will develop and execute brand promotional plans, improve execution of distribution, and communicate with distributor partners to execute in trade execution. They will also prepare and deliver metrics and analytical reports, and work with the management team to understand business and functional requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and beverages, have 10+ years of successful sales experience, and established relationships with Publix and associated distributors. They will be able to problem solve, innovate, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
