Sr. Designer, Packaging

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Designer, Packaging with a strong point of view on brand design, packaging, and visual systems. The ideal candidate will elevate the Crocs brand across packaging, product storytelling, and retail environments, designing distinctive and joyfully expressive work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with a strong focus on brand design, packaging, and visual systems.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and emerging AI tools.
• Experience working with production partners and packaging vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from concept through production.
