Requirements
- Create, maintain, and communicate product/account forecast by generate a detailed sales plan by material for each key account.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Merchandising teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Support and execute the collaborative account planning process for North America’s key accounts with Sales.
- Responsible for routine reporting to sales representatives including ATP, channel excess, bookings by season, shipments by month, open orders, etc.
- Manage reconciliation between bottom-up plans and targets in order to monitor and evaluate the performance of account plans.
- Analyze POS data to assist Accounts in managing their business—ensuring margin and turn goals are met by identifying opportunities and liabilities in customer inventory.
- Monthly and seasonal analysis of account consumption against plan (pre-books and at-once) to then leverage forecast accuracy metrics and customer metrics to drive forecast improvements.
- Utilize and measure key category, marketing/merchandising, and customer information as inputs to the planning process.
- Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize pre-season planning and manage demand shifts in-season.
- Develop, maintain, and assess the financial health of the account plan (season/monthly levels).
