Crosby is seeking a Head of Data to define and lead its data strategy across the company, building systems, pipelines, and teams that power AI models, product analytics, and decision-making infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytics
• Strong technical foundation in data systems
• Experience working closely with machine learning teams
• Proven ability to define metrics and drive data-informed decision-making
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling teams
• Excellent communication skills
