
Job description
We are hiring motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our expanding customer support teams across Portugal, Spain, Greece, and Malta. Available work models include remote, hybrid, and on-site options.
Support customers via phone, email, and live chat, provide accurate product information and effective solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
This role requires fluency in English and at least one additional European language, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and EU citizenship or a valid work/residency permit in one of the listed countries.
