Join Cross Border Talents as a Freelance Recruiter and work with a global network of professionals across multiple markets. In this role, you will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, connecting clients with suitable candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.

What You Will Do

Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements, manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage, maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients, build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing
