Job Description
The Production Specialist role exists to ensure reliable, distraction-free worship environments across Crossroads campuses. This technical systems role maintains and supports production environments, ensuring services, events, and recording teams can operate smoothly and consistently.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Entry-level
- Working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and projection systems
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to volunteers and non-technical staff
- Calm, solution-oriented presence under pressure
- Alignment with Crossroads' mission, values, and culture
