Job Description
Crossroads is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and uphold the brand promise of offering a fun, fashion-centered shopping experience. This role focuses on driving sustainability and inclusivity in fashion and requires a passion for people, style, and adaptability. The manager will support a team in promoting the unique shopping experience offered through secondhand clothing.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail management (1 year+)
- Good eye for fashion and current trends
- Ability to work a minimum of 31 hours per week
