The Director of Digital Product will own the vision and roadmap for CrowdStrike.com, translating business objectives and buyer intelligence into a prioritized sequence of experience improvements, personalization capabilities, and conversion optimizations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management, with demonstrated success owning a complex digital experience at scale
- Proven track record building AI-powered or personalization-driven digital experience systems
- Deep understanding of the buying journey and the experience design principles that accelerate it
- Experience leading cross-functional product teams including product managers, UX designers, and technical SEO or discoverability specialists
- Strong command of the technical architecture that supports modern web experience delivery — headless CMS, personalization engines, journey orchestration platforms, and analytics infrastructure
- Executive communication capability — able to translate complex product strategy into clear business outcomes for senior leadership
