Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing lift trucks. The role involves performing planned maintenance, maintaining a service van, and processing paperwork. Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes are required, along with good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
