Role Overview

Join Crown Beverage Division as a Front End Operator to perform mechanical adjustments, maintenance, repairs, installation, and modification of manufacturing equipment for the production of aluminum cans. Work in a team environment to ensure high-quality production and follow standard operating procedures.

What You Will Do

Operate automated machines or equipment, make continuous quality checks, and minor adjustments to conveyor belts and factory equipment. Keep production lines flowing and inform supervisors of operational status.

Requirements

• Formal education/training or on the job training working on mechanical components
• 3+ years of production experience
• Valid forklift license
• Effective communication skills
• Knowledge and work history of focusing on quality and safety
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, rotating day and night shift
• Impeccable time and attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
