Quality Control Inspector

Role Overview

The Quality Control Technician works closely with Supervision to ensure optimum levels in Quality Inspections, Testing, Package identification, and Final packaging. The role is responsible for ensuring a quality product is produced through inspections and testing, and for communicating all pertinent information between management, co-workers, and between shifts.

What You Will Do

The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for identifying quality problems, dispositions, and communicating all pertinent information between management, co-workers, and between shifts. They will also assist and train new technicians, apply skills and methods to improve plant production, and follow JHA's, SOP's, Rules, 6S Housekeeping, and maintain gauging equipment.

Requirements

• High School Education/GED
• 2-3 year(s) experience with computer skills in inspecting, testing, packaging and high speed manufacturing environment
• Basic Computer skills required
• Must be available to work various shifts if needed and be able to work nights, weekends, and overtime to cover absences or provide additional support
