The Production Supervisor oversees performance, output, and safety during an assigned shift in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth, high-volume production in a clean, and leading a team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management, supervisory or team lead role (any industry)
- Experience in high-volume operations with time-sensitive output in manufacturing, logistics, laundry, or warehouse settings
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with WMS or production tracking systems a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with safety protocols and key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
