Cloud Data Engineer

Role Overview

The Cloud Data Developer supports the development and operation of cloud-based data pipelines that power analytics, marketing operations, and reporting across the organization. This role focuses on building reliable ELT workflows, supporting Snowflake environments, and ensuring data quality, governance, and operational stability for marketing and data privacy teams.

What You Will Do

Build, test, and support ELT pipelines using Matillion and dbt to ingest and transform data into Snowflake. Assist with onboarding new source data and maintaining existing ingestion workflows. Develop modular, version-controlled dbt models aligned with business and analytics requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field of study
• 1–2 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related role (internships included)
• Solid working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or comparable cloud data warehouse tools
• Basic understanding of ELT concepts and job scheduling/orchestration (e.g., Control-M)
• Exposure to enterprise data environments and production data workflows
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration skills
