Manager of Instructional Design

Manager of Instructional Design leads a small team to design, create, and implement digital training for Crumbl's franchises across the country, working cross-functionally with Operations teams to ensure smooth rollouts, training, and transitions.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or higher degree in education, communication, instruction design, or an administrative field
• Proficient with learning management systems (LMS) and curriculum management
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
