Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Expertise in industry codes and standards
• Strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Procore, Primavera)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and juggle schedules, budgets, and project details
