Construction Manager - OFCI

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the future of AI workloads. As a Construction Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery and integration of high-value equipment for hyperscale data center campuses. You will lead a team in managing logistics, technical coordination, and quality assurance, while ensuring precision and integrity in project delivery.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in mission-critical data center or heavy industrial construction environments
• Deep technical knowledge of large-scale electrical and mechanical systems
• Proven track record of coordinating long-lead, owner-furnished equipment
• High proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Procore, BIM 360, and scheduling software like Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
