Requirements
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and consistently aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the entire supply chain process, overseeing everything from raw material sourcing through to final product delivery.
- Negotiate and execute contracts and terms with key suppliers and vendors to secure the most advantageous terms and conditions for Crusoe.
- Analyze and optimize all logistical operations to ensure a seamless flow of goods and reduce overall operational costs.
- Evaluate and actively manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they consistently meet our stringent quality standards and critical delivery deadlines.
- Oversee the inventory management process, implementing strategic solutions to mitigate stock shortages and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Conduct comprehensive risk management for all supply contracts and agreements, including proactive contingency planning to ensure business continuity.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to accurately forecast demand and ensure perfect supply alignment.
- Implement and champion sustainability practices in procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with Crusoe Energy's environmental goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and supply chain innovations to maintain Crusoe Energy's competitive edge.
