We're looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support the building and execution of sourcing strategies for corporate services, including IT, Finance, Legal, HR, People, and Travel. You will support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis and strategy development to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in procurement, sourcing, or category management with exposure to indirect or corporate services categories.
- Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence across the organization.
