As a Product Development Owner, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, improving, and developing technology solutions that drive our strategic goals. You'll work in a collaborative environment to develop requirements and implement key colleague and customer-facing features and capabilities.

Requirements

• Partnering with Technology to build out tools that are both colleague and customer-facing capabilities
• Communicating project status updates with internal and external stakeholders
• Conducting formal and informal presentations to stakeholders
• Eliciting, documenting, and maintaining functional and non-functional requirements
• Managing product and sprint backlogs to drive efficient resource bandwidth
