
Job description
As a Benefits Analyst Graduate, you will support the day-to-day administration and compliance of CSG's global health and welfare, retirement, leave of absence, and well-being programs. You will work with internal and external systems, perform routine audits and reconciliations, and manage benefit funding processes. You will also provide excellent customer service and support delivery of benefits education opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting the Global Benefits Analyst, maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance with plan documents and governmental regulations, and providing excellent customer service. You will also research and stay informed about the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in employee benefits.
You should be a team player, strategist, thinker, producer, empath, and self-starter who can collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies to achieve shared goals. You should also be able to use available resources creatively to solve problems and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
