We are looking for an Omnichannel Brand Manager to strengthen our Commercial Affiliate in Barcelona, Spain. The role will involve executing strategy and shaping how we engage healthcare professionals across channels.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Approximately 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proven experience in data analysis and campaign performance tracking
- Familiarity with omnichannel environments (CRM, digital channels, field force engagement)
- Clear communication skills: able to present data visually and effectively to internal teams and the field force
- Digital curiosity: interest in new tools, automation, and innovative ways to engage HCPs
- Spanish: native or bilingual
- English: professional proficiency
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, email tools) is a plus
- Portuguese: nice-to-have, not required
