Vice President of Data Center Construction - East

The Vice President of Data Center Construction - East is responsible for leading data center property development projects from concept to completion, driving strategic direction, and providing direct oversight for budget and financial goals. The successful candidate will have knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, general contracting methods, corporate tax, data center design, and rapid development.

Requirements

• Leadership within the Csquare footprint
• Perform site evaluations and make recommendations for site selections
• Lead development teams with Basis of Design for future data center deployments, construction projects, and upgrades
• Oversee new construction, expansion, and renovation projects across the respective region
• Work with Csquare stakeholders, design, and construction teams to create master development program for site(s)
• Oversee site development plans to achieve time, budget, and quality standards in a predictable fashion
• Manage relationships with key third-party principals, Project Managers & Quantity Survey teams
• Collaborate with Sales and Deal teams for new and existing build-outs
• Represent Csquare interests as leader in OAC meetings
• Create & build relationships that enhance Csquare's ability to be an industry leader in creating the World's Most Valuable Data Center Real Estate
• Provide leadership to team members in a manner that enables them to achieve goals
• Provide direction and support to all direct reports to ensure all activities are linked to the company strategy
• Work with the internal team to enhance project management processes and protocols
