Parts Consultant

This part consultant role assists customers in selecting parts, providing comprehensive information, and ensuring a complete product line. The consultant should be able to communicate effectively with customers, analyze their needs, and provide expert advice. Includes parts knowledge and additional part recommendations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with medium and heavy duty truck and equipment parts (preferred)
• Ability to read, analyze blueprints and diagrams
• Ability to write reports, letters, and procedure manuals
• Ability to present information and answer questions
• Ability to interpret instructions
• Ability to solve problems
• Forklift certification training required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
