Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safe work practices, and efficient workflow. This role supports both preventive and reactive maintenance efforts, leads a team of technicians, and collaborates closely with production, engineering, and safety teams to meet organizational goals.

Develop and execute the company’s business strategies, supervise maintenance technicians, assign daily tasks, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
• 5+ Years of Industrial Furnace experience
• 5+ Years of Industrial water treatment experience
• 5+ Years of Industrial Conveyor experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
