What You Will Do

Perform various duties such as harvesting, conditioning, quality analysis, field management, warehousing, and data gathering for continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid US Driver's License
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas, stand, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good computer aptitude, including Microsoft Applications
• Ability to multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills
