Production Technician

Role Overview

Join our team at Corteva Agriscience in Toledo, Iowa, to participate in harvest activities, general plant, field, and warehouse operations, and use automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.

What You Will Do

Perform a variety of tasks associated with harvest activities, general plant, field, and warehouse operations, including monitoring highly automated equipment, product return and sorting, and warehouse activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors and indoors in hot, cold, wet, and dry conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform work that involves repetitive motion and lifting
• Comfortable with technology and good computer aptitude
• Valid US Driver's License
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime hours, including nights and weekends during seasonal peaks
