As a Freight Brokerage Sales Representative, you are responsible for building and growing a profitable book of business through proactive prospecting, shipper acquisition, and carrier coordination.
Requirements
- Have 2–4 years of freight brokerage or B2B sales experience
- Have a proven track record of building a book of business through outbound prospecting
- Are comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day consistently
- Have experience negotiating freight rates in spot or contract freight environments
- Understand U.S. freight markets, lane pricing, and carrier dynamics
- Have experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Are highly organized, self-directed, and proactive
- Build trust quickly with both shippers and carriers
- Are motivated by uncapped commission tied to revenue growth and gross margin performance
