Warehouse Team Leader ** Internal applicants only **

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader on a Full time, permanent basis at our Tilbury depot. The role involves managing and motivating teams, ensuring productivity and service KPI's are achieved or exceeded, and upholding the highest levels of Health, Safety and Hygiene.

Requirements

• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel
• Confident at dealing with people at all level
• Adaptable and methodical approach to work/ training/ working hours
• Conscientious and reliable
• Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team or individually
• Professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation
• Proactive approach and able to make decisions
