
Job description
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing internal technical support for computer workstation hardware, operating system, software, network, printing, and Internet access issues. This is a 100% in-office position, supporting employees at 30+ offices across the US. The role is part of a dynamic environment where success is measured by the impact made.
Answer calls and respond to tickets, troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide first-level corrective action, collaborate with IT staff, and use IT ticketing systems to log calls and document steps taken.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory, with excellent troubleshooting skills, teamwork, and communication skills.
