Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at Cumming Group, you will work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment, measured by the impact you make. You will be part of a rapidly growing Program & Project Management team, concentrating on municipal projects.

What You Will Do

Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost. Value Engineer the project, manage on-site project stakeholders, and prepare project management plans.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
• Experience working on municipal projects such as fire stations, police stations, libraries, and/or DPW projects
• BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, RA, AIA, LEED
