Senior Mechanical Process Cost Manager

Role Overview

Join Cumming Group's Scottsdale team as a Senior Mechanical Process Cost Manager to support a reputable semiconductor client. This role is well-suited for a mechanical estimating professional with conceptual estimating experience who enjoys being engaged early in the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Develop budget estimates, review project documents, build unit costs, and develop subcontractor/vendor and client relationships. Assist with the continuous cost management process and participate in local industry events.

Requirements

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• more than 7+ years' experience post receiving undergraduate degree working in related field with mechanical process estimating
• Working towards Professional Certification – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
