Compliance Operations Associate

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Compliance Operations team in Dublin, to oversee the onboarding of new customers and monitor their transactions. The role involves ensuring AML checks are carried out, analyzing situations to identify AML issues, and working closely with the global team to monitor transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in operational compliance or AML, with advanced knowledge of red flags and financial crime typologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant experience in an operational compliance or AML based role
• Advanced knowledge of red flags and financial crime typologies relevant to the payments and FX space
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Highly organised with a deadline-driven approach to delivery of services
• Attention to detail and ability to extract learnings for cross-application
• Experienced in the provision of accurate and timely management information and reports
• Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills
